Control from the shiny app the pixel size.
For the moment users do (from Pierre):

pip install -U omero-metadata
omero login
omero metadata pixelsize --x 0.92 --y 0.92 Image:1856
omero metadata pixelsize --x 0.92 --y 0.92 Dataset:669
omero metadata pixelsize --x 0.92 --y 0.92 Project:13
