Error reading ID & etimeout

Getting error reading ID and etimeout,
Etimeout:
already tried to reduce keep alive and still got the etimeout reduced again and still got etimeout
reading ID:
already tried in the insteonui - config to get device info and get hub info

Apple home is talking to hoobs and to the plugin, however the plugin is not talking to the insteon hub.
already tried a power cycle on the insteon hub, insteon devices do work on native insteon app and have a subscription to insteon

Also tried to make a new plugin for insteon and same issue occurs that it will not talk to insteon hub.

Hoobs is upto date and your plugin is upto date as of 1/6/23.

Can you advise on what steps should be taken next.
