STEPS:

  1. Insert messaging-subscribe-toggle and firebase-app elements in in host application
  2. Set app-name on firebase-app

ISSUE:
"no app config..."
firebase-messaging element does not have a name, and is recognised. Allow for a name to be passed into messaging-subscribe-toggle before initialise (if possible).
