  1. Closed all the normal studies PRs from Leonie as they are all added to private and Impact repos.
  2. Closed the new study issues that are not curatable/ missing data/No response received.
  3. Fixed and merged the mutated issues reported by the user.
  4. Fixed the SV file error reported by the user for the brca_tcga_pub study.
  5. Need to update the validator to allow special characters in generic assay format. I cross-checked and the issue persists. Study gbm_cptac_2021 cannot be imported in the portal due to new entity_id restrictions cBioPortal/datahub#1960
  6. Resolved this issue - crc_msk_2017 CTNNB1 mutation annotations are failed cBioPortal/datahub#1860
