How can I use this code for the DCASE 2026 dataset

In the paper: https://arxiv.org/pdf/1907.01803 there are results for the DCASE 2026 dataset, However, in the repository I did not find any code configs/datasets directory for the 2016 dataset. Since I need to use the 2016 data, how can I create the dataset file for the 2016 data and evaluate the performance of the model? Can anyone help me?
