Similar to machines, let's allow components to be retrieved by their fingerprint:

keygen-api/app/controllers/api/v1/machines_controller.rb

           @machine = FindByAliasService.call(scoped_machines, id: params[:id], aliases: :fingerprint)

We already have an index on fingerprint.
