新版Line紀錄的資料夾無法正確建立 #1

因新版的Line需對聊天目標 點右鍵=>以個別視窗開啟
才能像舊版的Line一樣抓取聊天對象名稱 (視窗名稱)
並以此建立資料夾儲存該聊天對象的聊天紀錄.

測試於Win10 Line ver 5.8.0.1706.
