Issues loading map files/difs

There seems to be an issue with loading client files.

Here you can see the centredsharp editor showing town of Cove in unaltered ML client files (5.0.9.1 Patch 31)

Here is the same client files loaded in Fiddler.

The bank is missing from centredsharp arial view.

Hey, the issue is that centred doesn't handle mapdif and stadif files also known as TileMatricPatch and this is an issue with all the centred versions.
Ideally we would like to be able to both read and write diffs but this needs a bigger rework, change in server config, most likely change in network protocol to allow toggle between writing to base files and diff files.
I will put this to my long term TODO list and for now I can recommend to just merge diff to base map using Diff To Map Copy feature in UOFiddler
