Adopt the Faancit keyboard

Motivation:
Recently, the Jyutcit IME was released as a novel Cantonese RIME IME which may potentially speed up one's Cantonese typing rate. Since Jyutcitzi is based on the Faancit principle, it would be fruitful to see if we can integrate this IME as a method for typing Jyutcitzi's in additional to the existing sinographs.
