[Discussion] Could there be a Misc section?

This is a discussion for whether adding a miscellaneous section is necessary or not.

I say it is, for projects like these.

I don't know if Misc is the right naming to use, but I also see a problem that we cannot add projects that are based on multiple technologies or are technology-agnostic here.

One possible solution would be to have the projects categorized based on what they provide, rather on how they are built, but that would create another problem as a big chunk of the projects here are libraries or programming tools. What do you think @anasAsh @mjalajel ?
