how to restore device.csv

Happy New Year !

My NetAlertX somehow go an issue can't start. Earlier I export the device.csv. I delete all the files and reinstall but somehow when I restore it is showing zero record

You can restore the devices.csv in Maintenance -> Backup / Restore:

Make sure the CSV is valid and has the required fileds (e.g. fields might have changed during upgrades). You can export a new devices.csv and compare the available columns if unsure.

I changed the header of the previous export, but it is showing this error

You need to make sure the number of value columns and the number of headers are the same. I recommend opening the file in e.g. google sheets or excel to verify these are correct.

i export new device.csv with only few devices and try to import same file again but it is having same error as above

You need to paste in the content of your file, not the path to it.
