Hi @JIGNESH999 ,
The fabG1 gene isn't included in the list, but this region is covered in the inhA upstream region. As most users prefer using the WHO catalogue, which doesn't use fabG1 nomenclature for mutations, we are unlikely to include this in the default databases. Although, you can create a custom database with fabG1 included. If you are interested in this see https://jodyphelan.github.io/tb-profiler-docs/en/mutation-library/

Thank you for the information, Could you provide me with clear steps to create a new database. Its not clear in the repos.

This should work:

git clone https://github.com/jodyphelan/tbdb.git
cd  tbdb
echo "fabG1,drug_resistance,isoniazid" >> watchlist.csv
tb-profiler create_db -p tbdb --load
