using teamcity-artifactory-plugin v2.5.0

Teamcity properties prefixed with buildInfo.property.* do not get added to the root properties of the build-info when set and used within a teamcity meta-runner. However, teamcity properties prefixed with artifactory.deploy.* do correctly get attached to deployed artifacts when set and used within a teamcity meta-runner.
