I have used your plugin but the sound not coming on the player.
player play but without sound on Ipad

Mobile devices may require user's gesture to start the sound.

User's gesture means what? could you explain in brief?

Still no sound on the iPhone some of the safari browsers. such as iPhone X with safari version 7

We have a check on the device iPhone 8 Plus, iPhone SE 2, iOS version: 14.6 and 14.7 both.
Also, We have checked Ipad with IOS version 12. so it's working on it

Oh, that may be related to some per-historic Safari version...
Could you please make a list - on which IOS/Safari versions it works and on which versions it doesn't?
