InkyPhat display not "fullscreen"

I have the Pi 0W , pwnagotchi 2.8.9 and a Pimoroni Inkyphat 2.13 size. I am not 100 % sure of the resolution . Could be 250,122 or 212,104 . The diplay only takes up part of the screen (bottom right) almost like the output is not big enough for the screen if that makes since.

**edit according to the Adafruit listing it is a 212x104 resolution , which would make it an older inkyphat , but Pimoronis website makes it seem like they only sell new ones now,

theses are the current settings. Also there is lots of flashing , but i believe its because of the fps setting.
