Last commit is from February, does the plugin work fine with Granada? Some indication of protocols supported in the readme would be useful.

The initial development was sponsored by the Tezos foundation, which isn't the case anymore. Therefore this isn't maintained to catch up with recent developments on Tezos, at least for now.
