A historycode page is opened on the main page

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to 'History-коди' page.
2. Scroll down to the footer.
3. Go to "Про нас" page.
4. Scroll dow to the footer
5. Go to "Контакти" page.
6. Scroll dow to the footer
7. Go to "Партнери" page.
8. Scroll dow to the footer
9. Go to "Партнери" page.
10. Scroll dow to the footer
11. Go to "Донати" page.
12. Scroll dow to the footer
13. Go to "Політика Конфіденційності" page.
14. Scroll dow to the footer
15. Go to "Зворотній Зв'язок" page.
16. Scroll dow to the footer

Actual result
Page Up button only appears on the main page.

Expected result
A Page Up button should be present on every page and appear after scrolling the first block
