Preconditions

1. The site "Позашкілля" https://oos.dmytrominochkin.cloud/ is opened
2. User is logged in as a service provider
3. The user has at least one workshop with the competitive selection
4. The user has at least one application to the workshop with the competitive selection AP_1

Steps to reproduce

1. Click on the dropdown button near the username in the header
2. Click on the 'Заявки' link
3. On the application card AP_1 click on the 'Відмовити' button
4. Fill in the refusal form and click on the 'Підтвердити' button
5. Observe the application card AP_1 that has been refused

Actual result
The application card AP_1 doesn't contain an interaction button

Expected result
The 'Прийняти до відбору' button is displayed on the application card AP_1
