Regardless of using WGET or CURL,the download speed always limited to 3MB/s,about 24-26mbps.Same thing happens in WIFI or celluar，I'm absolutely sure the download server it's okay.
If i use the iPerf3, situation becomes normal，so what is the bottleneck，its really bother me......
