Create test case(s) and verify results

The test spreadsheet we have been using doesn't give interesting results - i.e. load_not_served is 0 and percentage_of_served_load is 0 (does that make sense?) for all hazards. (For some reason, Spine doesn't produce a value for outage_duration.) These are viewable on the "View Results" page after running the workflow.

I've been able to get other values to show up by e.g. slashing the capacity on the generators, but it's not clear to me if the values make sense.
