I'm not actively investigating this, but it's annoying. Keeping my eye out for a solution.

When a runner is started from a normal REPL or in Cider, you can see its output, e.g. from the Journal. But when Journal code runs within a notebook, you can't.

It shows exceptions. Just not logging.
