I've received questions on how to translate the terms 'Aktuel', 'Relevant', and 'Andet' diagnosis used by the GPs (e.g. in the diagnosis card)

My suggestion is the following:

  • Aktuel: Condition.clinicalStatus = active and Condition.verificationStatus = confirmed
  • Relevant: Condition.clinicalStatus = inactive/remission and Condition.verificationStatus = confirmed
  • andet ??

Can we include a recommendation in the documentation?

Undersøg desuden hvordan Condition.category bør anvendes i relation til ovenstående.

SDS undersøger først. Kirstine kan evt. hjælpe med udarbejdelse af instans.

Relevans is strongly context dependent. I don't see how it can be standardized without taking an oppinion that may not fit a lot of use cases.
