Container registry name should be unique #23

If two people create the container registry, the second person will have a failure since the registry names need to be unique. I'll fix this later.

Thanks @tiffanyfay. I am assuming you will leverage https://registry.terraform.io/providers/hashicorp/random/latest/docs/resources/string.
