no deposit offers: add contact method

When a seller chooses the zero deposit offer, a box should appear below it so that the seller can enter in out-of-band contact information in order to give the password.

The buyer should see this information when they click on the offer so that they can see which method the seller wishes to be contacted with.

I imagine like "signal: username", "call phone 1234567890", "SimpleX: link", etc

Yeah. An 'Info' field like in CBM or F2F offers.

I am currently setting up 0-deposit-offer as CBM. There I can enter a SimpleX link under 'Info' and if buyer wants, I can change Payment with: Edit offer
