Long-Term Strategy for Rancher-Manager Add-On

Hi,

I’m currently experimenting with the Rancher-Manager add-on in my Harvester cluster, and it’s working exceptionally well. This add-on has greatly simplified my automation for deploying Rancher Manager, as it eliminates the need to install K3s separately.

However, if I recall correctly, Rancher’s recommendation has been to install Rancher Manager outside of the Harvester cluster. This brings me to a question: will the best practices for Rancher installation be updated to align with the add-on, or is this add-on intended as an option rather than the standard best practice for deploying Rancher Manager?
