Make epidisco workflows as compatible as possible across different dev versions #170

This is just me thinking out loud while trying to re-run the pipeline for more than 80 patients to get the results from new type(s) of analyses/tools:

I think we should start paying more attention to the way we name files (specifically the products of nodes) since every change that affects these will come with a huge waste of computational time. I realized that I haven't been thinking about this before and while trying to re-run the previously completed workflows to include kallisto/topiary runs and now I really regret my indifference :\
