• "Every Polkadot account needs a minimum balance to be active on the network" this is kind of hanging in the air. What's a new user supposed to do with this information? If we want this to stay in, we should link to the relevant wiki section.
• Once done, maybe we should link people to some things they can do with their newly claimed DOT, like this or even a video like this

We should detect how much the gift was for, and make suggestions based on that.

For example small amounts maybe they just vote in an election

Larger amount, should create an identity

even larger amounts should stake

We can show users actions which make sense for the amount of tokens they received.
