Final Page After Claiming Should Be More Actionable #127

After the claiming process is complete, we ask the user to install the Polkadot JS Extension.

First, we should not show this page if they already have the extension installed.

Second, we should have one more page after this with at least a link to a wiki page with how a user can use their tokens.
