I've a lot of interest from GVL users to get the French metagenomics pipeline frogs into Galaxy. Unfortunately, it is not in the tool shed and would be very difficult to get in there due mainly to the way the software is structured (it is quite poor). Therefore an ansible script would be required to install it. It will need to be installed on GVL's with the command-line install option.. It is not for the faint hearted!
