Hi!
since I didn't find this in the documentation: Does this solution support multiple runners on a single EC2 instance or is this 1:1 relationship?

The standard configuration is for a single runner per instance.

It might be possible to run multiple but I'm not sure what assumptions that would break in the scale down lambda for instance.

Scale down will terminate an instance if a runner is found idle. Supporting this opiton requires also work to the scale down runners. It also will not work in combination with ephemeral runners.
