  • Use the same pattern as OBA
  • Exclude UBERON

Source:

Do not write any tests. It will not work at first as there are no imports. We will get the TG setup and then get the ontology in shape.

We will be switching to a simpler Q-inheres-in-E pattern

We are having an issue with the TO termgenie. @marieALaporte tried to create a simple morphological trait rosette diameter. The to-tg instance did not assign it a TO id and the new term does not show up in the queue for previewing. When I tried to create it again, I got the following error message:
'Could not commit, a term with the same label already exists: TO:TEMP-eqsimple00 rosette diameter'

I haven't really created the term. I clicked first on 'Preview' to check if everything was ok. Then when I tried to 'Submit' the term I got the error message mentioned above.
