Timekeeper is the role of helping to facilitate or govern an event by monitoring and reporting the passage of time.
The role of timekeeper can be defined to be directly subordinate to a facilitator role. It can also be defined independently, allowing agents to unofficially manage relationships between facilitators and timekeepers.
Timekeepers are mainly used for meetings, although they can be useful for any events (including many games and sports) which include very time-sensitive relationships.
