Reaction is action which is caused by other specific action(s).
Action-reaction relationships can sometimes be usefully identified in designed systems which contain sequential processes.
Most reactions can be more accurately and precisely identified as factors in parallel processes which simultaneously influence all acting elements, including any participating agents, in potentially unpredictable ways. However, agents may describe "actions" and "reactions" in parallel processes to intentionally limit complexity and to prioritize functions within specific contexts.
