Definitions

Force is the element which produces action in a specific interactive context.

To force is to predictably create a specific action despite variables which might often prevent such action.

To enforce is to forcibly support the continued use of a rule.

Notes

This is an intentionally generic definition which can be broadly used to describe physical, mental and social experiences.

Per the use of interactive in the definition, force is always relational.

This definition intentionally disregards the details of probability and of quantum uncertainty, which go far beyond the intended scope of Modular Organization Terminology.
