Describe the feature you would like

The eth_simulateV1 method is valuable for developers simulating Ethereum transaction execution in a controlled environment, especially for advanced debugging and transaction pre-validation workflows. Adding support for this would greatly enhance Anvil’s utility as a testing tool.
