Hello,

i have this problem on my laptop.

Distribution : Solus 4.5
Desktop environment: Budgie
CPU : Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-3217U CPU @ 1.80GHz
iGPU : Intel Corporation 3rd Gen Core processor Graphics Controller (rev 09)
dGPU: Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. [AMD/ATI] Sun XT [Radeon HD 8670A/8670M/8690M / R5 M330 / M430 / Radeon 520 Mobile]

tried to launch by using the icon, command line, and command line with --disable-gpu-driver-bug-workarounds, all same result.
Also, i've not this problem on Arch with AMD CPU and Nvidia GPU, that is not the flatpak package (https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/github-desktop-bin).
