By setting this option in the app settings, users turn on conservative network use, API calls become less frequent, query less data (i.e. 10 venues instead of 20 when using a venue query) and turn off the slider/venue photos in the #venue screen, to conserve network bandwidth/monthly data allowance.

Depends on #9 .
