Provide an executable for the tool to be run without Python

Currently, the secret-santa tool requires Python of a specific version to run, poetry, and a pre-usage dependencies installation.

To make it more intuitive to use, an executable could be provided, to be downloaded and run without the need to install Python / the project dependencies separately.
