CNR S2 water discharge maps (turbidity)

We should agree on how to move forward on this issue (you can refer also to the email from Alessandro May 7, 2024 5:02 PM).
The main issues were:

• they're providing non georeferenced maps
• the map legends variability range will vary dynamically (below two examples)
  
• they have for the same data different descriptions for different AoIs

@santilland expects to be able to directly render COGs in the client, so that the range of the colormap can be changed dynamically by the user

to be discussed and understood there are multiple areas for which this data is available:

• seems to be 3 locations
• potential approach is to have a group and 3 sub "indicators" for the locations which also can have different descriptions, as example:
  
• alternative: have one indicator with multiple locations, having the same description and describing differences as part of a new story

Update: geotiff provided by CNR reprojected and converted to make them dashboard-compliant.

@dmoglioni the data on EOxHub looks good, will test integration. Could you specify the name of the colormap you used? Or specify the color steps so we can reproduce it as expected?

@santilland Sure Daniel, here's the settings:

• Inverted spectral color ramp (from blue to red)
• 7 colors (label precision)
• quantile mode representation
