Inspection report overflows on slim screen

Describe the bug
If the screen is higher than it is wide the content of the inspection report overflows the card its suppose to be in. This also causes the x to disappear such that the user cant close the report.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

• Change size of browser window to be taller than it is wide
• Go to a completed mission and open an inspection report

Expected behavior
The content should shrink instead of overflow. Also suggest adding feature such that the report closes if esc is pressed or user clicks outside report
