PlantSimulator initalization does not account for satured pid-controllers

The initalization assumes that the system can be started with the outputs at their setpoints, but does not consider that in some cases for instance in MISO-systems, the setpoint may be infeasible, i.e. the controller satures at 0 or 100 without y_meas reaching y_set
