CTRL+K CTRL+L breaks session #835

What Happened?

  1. CTRL+K will break everything, and returns to user home ~, this behavior is conflict with nano editor's cut function key. when press CTRL+K in nano, everything lost.
  2. CTRL+L also breaks everything, and returns to / folder

io.elementary.terminal version: 6.3.0+r2614+pkg89~ubuntu7.1.1

Steps to Reproduce

  1. in terminal, ssh in to a host , start nano editor, press CTRL+K, or: in any local path, press the key will lead to session restart.
  2. in terminal, any path, press CTRL+L

Expected Behavior

io.elementary.terminal do not occupy those combo key. (at least do not conflict with nano editor)

7.x (Horus)

Session Type

Classic Session (X11, This is the default)

Software Version

Latest release (I have run all updates)

This behavior is now changed due to #823 and #827. The hot keys now include <Shift> and a confirmation dialog is shown before a foreground process is terminated.
