Recent view does not update properly on the fourth History setting change

What Happened?

The History setting was switched from "On" to "Off", then "Off" to "On" then "On" to "Off" again, the "Off" to "On" again. On the last switch the Recent view continued to show the "Privacy mode on" screen until refreshed.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Files at "recent://"
2. Open Settings/Privacy/History
3. Switch History On and Off again twice.
4. Note that Files no longer reacts to the change

Expected Behavior

Files continues to react to History setting changes.
