Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Most native iOS msging apps (iMessage, WhatsApp, Signal, Threema (but not Telegram, weirdly)) let you long-tap on a room entry in the room list to get a popup preview of the room timeline so you can read recent messages without sending a read receipt. This is convenient for sneaking a look at a room without sending a RR (and without having to disable RRs everywhere). One can think of it as effectively expanding the room preview in the room list temporarily.
This is also analogous to long-tapping on a push notification entry in order to view the unabridged push notif without opening the app and so sending a RR.
Describe the solution you'd like
Long-tap on room list should show a popup read-only view of the timeline alongside the context menu for manipulating that room.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Could leave it as is, but it's missing a trick. This isn't just me missing this; Nad brought it up ages ago too.
