A form page to add a new store

We need to collect stores so we can show them in the map.

Add another page (e.g. at /stores/join url if you use React router or the likes), the page has a form with:

• Store name.
• Store phone number (could be multiple phone numbers), you may want to validate phone numbers.
• A Google Map to interactively pick the store's location.
• Open time.
• Close time.
• Note field, with a placeholder text that says: e.g. doesn't open at Fridays.

N.B. when we say store, we mean "superette".

It'd be super cool if you can offer this with multi language support (Ar, Fr), else, just show the French and Arabic Text side by side for now.
