Creating Security Domain

$ pki-server ca-config-set securitydomain.select new
$ pki-server ca-config-set securitydomain.name EXAMPLE
$ pki-server sd-create

Listing Security Domain Subsystems

$ pki-server sd-subsystem-find

Adding Security Domain Subsystem

$ pki-server sd-subsystem-add "CA pki.example.com 8443" \
    --subsystem CA \
    --hostname pki.example.com \
    --secure-port 8443

Removing Security Domain Subsystem

$ pki-server sd-subsystem-del "CA pki.example.com 8443"
