Suggestion on the FabSim3 documentation

Provide a clear and concise description of how to install / use FabSim3 and EasyVVUQ on Windows. For those taking on this task (I preliminarily assigned it to Maziar), I can link you up with the relevant people for guidance and feedback :).

Just a suggestion, based on personal experience, using command prompt or PowerShell would be really tricky,
the better and safe approach would be using Git Bash, similar to the Linux terminal and functionalities, and much easier to run FabSim
