Problems using conda environment with FabSim (seen on Mac and Linux)` #222

If fabsim is installed in a custom conda environment on mac, issuing a command like fabsim localhost ... cannot find the locally installed packages. This problem was first reported in mac. But some linux users have also reported the same issue recently.
