Looping/stuttering

I've been using V2.9.6.0 for quite awhile now with no problems. But recently (within the last 2 weeks), I've encountered almost daily (twice so far today) problems where the song gets stuck on the last played few bits (~1/2 second) of the song. This may happen anywhere in the song.

Pausing and restarting does not fix it. Skipping to the next song results in that song doing the same thing. The only thing that fixes it (for awhile) is restarting Pandorian.

Other than regular Windows Updates, no other changes have been made to this system in months. So I can only assume Pandora did something.

W10 Pro 64-bit (10.0.171134)
Cable connection with 114.3Mbps download speeds (so its not that!)

Just did it again and noticed I can click anywhere on the status bar and it will start looping from that point in the song. Very strange.

I'm currently travelling in some remote locations in Asia and don't have proper access to a work computer.

it will be a few months until I'm back and I'll look in to it then.

hopefully it's something on Pandora's end and it could sort it self out.

I realize you are still unavailable to work on this. I am just adding some more information here.

Sadly, it has not sorted itself out. And I have still not been able to determine a pattern for when it happens. On some days, I can go for hours with no problems, other days it happens within the first few minutes of listening.

But one thing I noticed. I said above pausing and restarting does not clear the problem. That is not true. If I pause it for several minutes (verses a few seconds), it will start playing correctly again - until it happens again.
