Profile Save button disabled for no apparent reason

First I created Candidate profile, which worked ok, then I wanted to fill in Employer profile, it had empty country, which is bug, because I've selected country before in candidate profile and additionally after switching Candidate/Employer tabs back and forth, it got into the state that Save button is always disabled.
